1. Payment Method
Yangchhen Peace Home currently operates on a Pay at Hotel basis.
Guests are not required to make an online payment or advance payment through our website when making a standard reservation.
2. Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
To cancel a reservation, guests should contact us using the booking contact information provided above.
3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If a guest cancels a reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the reservation may be treated as a late cancellation.
Because our standard booking system is Pay at Hotel, no advance payment is held by Yangchhen Peace Home under a standard reservation. Therefore, there is generally no advance payment to refund.
Any special arrangements or individually agreed booking conditions may be subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
4. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and does not contact the hotel, the reservation will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
As our standard booking system is Pay at Hotel and no advance payment is collected online, there is normally no payment to refund in the event of a no-show.
5. Early Check-In
Early check-in may be available if the room is ready and available before the hotel’s standard check-in time.
Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to room availability on the day of arrival.
Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance if they require an early check-in.
6. Early Checkout
Guests may check out earlier than their originally scheduled departure date.
Early checkout is permitted at any time. Since bookings are made on a Pay at Hotel basis, guests are responsible for payment for the accommodation actually used, subject to any booking-specific terms agreed with the hotel.
There is no online advance payment to refund for unused nights under a standard booking.
7. Booking Changes
Guests who wish to change their check-in date, check-out date, room type, or other booking details should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
Any requested change is subject to room availability and may require confirmation from the hotel.
8. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation
In exceptional circumstances, Yangchhen Peace Home may need to cancel or modify a reservation.
If the hotel cancels a standard Pay at Hotel reservation before the guest’s arrival, there will generally be no advance payment to refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform the guest as soon as possible and, where appropriate, assist with alternative arrangements.
9. Refunds
Because Yangchhen Peace Home uses a Pay at Hotel payment system, standard reservations generally do not involve advance online payments.
Therefore, a monetary refund will normally not arise for a standard reservation.
If a guest has made any payment under a separate or special arrangement, any applicable refund will be handled according to the specific terms communicated at the time of payment.
